VALIDATION TIME - For how long are MilanoCard and its services available?
MilanoCard includes several services and especially free access to every kind of Milan public transports in Milan. MilanoCard 1 day includes 24h of free access to public transports from the first use to the same hour of the next day (for example: first use Friday 11.00 am -> expiration Saturday 11.00 am). MilanoCard 2 days includes 48h of free access to public transports from the first use to the same hour of the third day (for example: first use Friday 11.00 am -> expiration Sunday 11.00 am). MilanoCard 3 days includes 3 days of free access to public transports from the first use (for example: first use Monday 09.00 am> expiration time Wednesday at midnight). The time of use starts from the first stamp on any public transport.
TRANSPORT - Which transports are included in the MilanoCard?
Every kind of public transport in Milan Urban Area is included in MilanoCard; all trams, buses, metro / underground lines, city trains (such as the "Passante" are included. MilanoCard includes also the Linate X73 Bus which connects Milan to Linate Airport.
Please remember to validate your travel card every time that you use a transport in the city. Regional trains outside Milan and the last stop of the metro red line “Rho-Fiera” are not included.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL - Where can I set the info about my arrival?
After the payment you will be redirected to the confirmation form, where you will be able to set your arrival date and time.
If you have already done the payment but you didn’t find the confirmation page, please check your email (also the SPAM folder): you should have received an email with a link that will redirect you to a page where you can put all the info about your arrival. Please fill out the form that you will find in the link and your order will be complete!
MILANOCARD APP - How does it work?
Download MilanoCard APP for free.
After the payment you will receive a confirmation email with details about your BOOKING ID.
Open MilanoCard APP
Click on “Activate your card”
Click on “Online”
Insert your booking ID and the mail you used for the payment
Click on “Start”
Your MilanoCard will be active from the date that you will choose when confirming the Card.
PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE- How can I make the payment online and confirm the purchase?
You can make the payment with your credit card (no American Express) or Bancomat.
After the payment you will be able to set your arrival date. During the payment, even if you want to buy more than one MilanoCard, you will be required to enter just one name. The name is just for an internal report.
TRANSPORT - How can I travel with public and private transports in Milan?
MilanoCard is personal and not transferable, it is valid on every public transport in Milan Urban Area (metro, tram, bus, city train) from the first validation – (you will indeed have to validate your ticket every time you use a public transport, at the machines that are located at the entrance of the metro or on the trams and buses).
Milan public transports normally runs from 05.00 am until midnight; however, we suggest you check the exact timetable of the lines that you are interested in taking. Metro lines work from 06.00 am until midnight.
Remember to collect the travel card, included in your MilanoCard, at the pick up point selected during the confirmation procedure.

AIRPORT BUS - HOW CAN I USE IT ?
After the payment and the confirmation of your order, you will receive directly via email a link to download tickets for Airport Bus. Tickets are open date/hour and you will be able to use it directly, Our company partner is Malpensa Shuttle, Orio Shuttle and Linate Shuttle. Buses starts every 20 minutes outside the arrivals of airport terminals.
